Royer - Minnie May

Minnie N. Royer, 85, died near Clarks Hill Wednesday morning. She was born in Grant County, W. Va., a daughter of James and Mary May, and was married to Curtis R. Royer on Jan. 5, 1905. She was preceded in death by her husband in February, 1961, and by five brothers and a sister. Survivors include a son, John H. Royer of Clarks Hill; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Alice Turner of Lenhi, Ohio; and a brother, Samuel H. May of Clarks Hill. The body is at Dickerson Funeral Home at Stockwell where friends may call. Services are set for 2 p.m. Friday with interment in Union Cemetery South of Clarks Hill. – jlr
